At CodeCraft Tools (operated by CodeCraft Advisory Limited), we stand behind the quality of our paid products (WordPress plugins, themes, and premium tool subscriptions). This Refund Policy explains when and how you may receive a refund.

1.1 Digital Products (Plugins & Themes)

Because digital goods cannot be “returned” once downloaded, our refund policy is limited to the following circumstances:

  • Material defect – The product does not function as described in its official documentation, and we are unable to fix the issue within 15 business days of being notified.
  • Security vulnerability – A critical security flaw is confirmed and not patched within 30 days.
  • Compatibility failure – The product is completely incompatible with the latest stable version of WordPress (for plugins/themes) or your server environment (PHP version), and no workaround is provided.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee – For first-time purchases of any single plugin or theme, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. This guarantee applies once per product per customer.

1.2 Subscription-Based Tools or Plans

If you purchase a subscription to a premium online tool:

  • Cancellation – You may cancel at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds for unused periods – We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused months unless required by local law. You will continue to have access until the end of your paid term.

1.3 What Is Not Refundable

  • Change of mind, or you found a free alternative.
  • Issues caused by third-party software, hosting environment, or modifications made by you.
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago (unless a material defect existed from the start and was reported within 30 days).
  • Bundles or discounted products (unless the entire bundle is defective).
  • License renewals (these are considered separate purchases; refunds only within 30 days of renewal payment).

1.4 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number or license key
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for request (including steps to reproduce any defect)

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

1.5 Effect of Refund

After a refund:

Any support or updates cease immediately.

Your license for the product will be deactivated.

You must uninstall and delete all copies of the product.
