End User License Agreement (EULA) – CodeCraft Tools

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single legal entity) and CodeCraft Advisory Limited (“Licensor”, “we”, “us”) for the software product(s) identified as CodeCraft Tools WordPress Plugins, Themes, and associated premium tools (“Software”).
By installing, activating, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1 Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software as follows:
- Free versions – You may use the Software on an unlimited number of websites for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms herein.
- Paid single-site license – You may install and activate the Software on one (1) production website owned or controlled by you.
- Paid multi-site/developer license – As specified at purchase (e.g., up to 5, 25, or unlimited sites).
- Lifetime license – As specified at purchase; “lifetime” refers to the supported life of that major version (usually 3-5 years), not your lifetime.
2 Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, lease, rent, or transfer the Software to any third party without our prior written consent.
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software (except where mandatory law permits).
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
- Use the Software to develop a competing product or service.
- Circumvent any license key validation or access control mechanisms.
3 Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest, including intellectual property rights, remain with CodeCraft Advisory Limited or its licensors. This EULA does not grant you any ownership of the Software.
4 Updates and Support
- Updates – During the active license period (e.g., 1 year), you are entitled to download and install any updates, bug fixes, and minor version releases. Major version upgrades may require a new license.
- Support – We provide support via email or ticket system only to licensed users for questions related to installation, basic functionality, and documented features. Customization is not included.
5 Term and Termination
- This EULA is effective until terminated.
- You may terminate by uninstalling and deleting all copies of the Software.
- We may terminate immediately if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete the Software.
6 Limited Warranty
We warrant that for 30 days from purchase the Software will substantially conform to its published description. If a defect is reported, we will attempt to fix it or provide a refund as set forth in our Refund Policy. This is the sole and exclusive warranty.
7 Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Except as provided in section 3.6, the Software is provided “as is”. We disclaim all other warranties. Our total liability under this EULA shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
8 Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of [Insert Country/State, e.g., England and Wales] .
