CodeCraft Tools (operated by CodeCraft Advisory Limited) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar international laws.

2 Counter-Notification (If Your Content Was Removed by Mistake)

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with:

  • Identification of the removed material and where it appeared.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or [Insert Country] if outside the US) and accepting service of process from the complainant.
  • Your signature.

We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the material.

3 Repeat Infringer Policy

We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, the accounts (or access) of users who are repeat infringers. For online tools, this means users who submit three valid DMCA notices within any 12-month period.

4 Copyright Ownership of Our Products

All proprietary code, designs, documentation, and templates on CodeCraft Tools are owned by CodeCraft Advisory Limited or its suppliers. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited. We actively enforce our copyrights.
